For some time now, the amazing vocal similarity between Dublin's Seán Hession and one Francis Albert Sinatra has captivated audiences at Seán's sell-out concerts throughout the country. Now, at last, those who were not lucky enough to see Seán in person can have a taste of what it was like to be there.

Accompanied by a sixteen-piece big band, a swinging quartet, or simply a solo piano or guitar, Seán's immaculate phrasing makes this album as close as one can get to the live experience.

Just check out the blues-drenched re-working of "willow, weep for me", the easy swing of "the way you look tonight" or the headlong urgency of "Just one of those things" played by the cream of Irish jazz and you'll get the idea. So, just sit back and press the "start" button: the voice is all Hession but the feeling is frankly...Sinatra !
